СТРУКТУРА
Система торгово-промышленных
палат включает ТПП Армении, ТПП
города Еревана и регионов, а также
ряд организаций, учрежденных па-
латой.
Высшим руководящим органом
ТПП РА является съезд, которые
созывается раз в пять лет. Съезд
утверждает устав палаты и избирает
президента и президиум сроком на
пять лет. В период между съездами
руководящим органом Палаты яв-
ляется президиум. Помимо избран-
ных на съезде, членами президиума
являются президенты ТПП города
Еревана и регионов, а также испол-
нительный директор ТПП РА. Заседа-
ния президиума созываются не реже
чем раз в три месяца. Решения пре-
зидиума обязательны к исполнению
региональными палатами.
Президент ТПП РА осуществляет
общее руководство палатой, пред-
ставляет ее в республике и иностран-
ных государствах, от имени палаты
заключает договора и соглашения.
Он одновременно возглавляет пре-
